2023 AFCON Quarter-final Fixtures, Kick-Off Time – [Complete Match Fixtures]

Round of 16 state matches in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Cote d’Ivoire have all been played and now the world’s attention is focused on how the quarter-finals.

SportXparte reports that the quarter-finals of the 2023 AFCON are scheduled to take place from February 2, 2024, to February 3, 2024.

This means that two matches will be played on each of these dates.

During the round of 16, football fans witnessed some surprising outcomes. For instance, DR Congo eliminated Egypt, the host country, while Ivory Coast, who finished third in Group A, managed to qualify for the round of 16 and knocked out the reigning champions, Senegal.

Another unexpected result came when South Africa defeated the strong favourites, Morocco, on Tuesday night.

With these surprises, many football enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating more upsets, especially considering that there are still underdog teams like Cape Verde and Angola in the tournament.

Interestingly, the quarter-final stage does not feature any star-studded matches, as some of the biggest names in African football have already been eliminated from the competition.

However, the fixtures that most football fans are eagerly anticipating are Nigeria vs Angola and Mali vs Ivory Coast.
