However, the match wasn’t without its share of drama as Al Ittihad was reduced to 10 men following N’golo Kante’s dismissal for a dangerous tackle on his former Chelsea teammate Kalidou Koulibaly. Referee Shaun Evans gave him the red card after a video review.
