Nigerian footballer Henry Chukwuemeka Onyekuru has expressed optimism that his Saudi Arabia side, Al-Feiha, is capable of defeating Al Nassr in their upcoming AFC Champions League match.

SportXparte reports that the Round of 16 second leg fixture will be held in Riyadh on Wednesday, with Al Feiha hosting the game.

Despite losing the first leg 1-0 a week ago, Onyekuru believes that his team can overcome the narrow deficit and secure a spot in the quarter-finals.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored the winning goal for Al Nassr in the previous match, but Onyekuru remains confident in his side’s abilities.

However, Onyekuru remains positive about his side. He said: “There is nothing impossible in football, and our goal is definitely to win.”

The former Monaco forward added: “We will face Al-Nassr, and our first goal is to win and play strong, and we must abandon caution in order to advance to the quarter-finals.

“It is true that Al-Nassr is a big team and has good elements, but we want to prove ourselves by winning.

“It does not matter who scores against Al-Nassr, the most important thing for me is to achieve victory and make the fans happy.
