Girona’s Commanding Victory Over Rayo Vallecano Move Them To 2nd Place In La Liga

In an entertaining encounter at Estadi Montilivi, Girona delivered a masterful performance to secure a convincing 3-0 win over a solid Rayo Vallecano side.

This crucial victory put an end to Girona’s three-game winless streak but also propelled them to the much-needed second spot in the La Liga standings, with a total of 59 points, behind league leaders Real Madrid by just six points.
