Norwegian professional footballer Erling Haaland_ has expressed optimism about Manchester City clinching the English Premier League (EPL) title ahead of Liverpool and’ Arsenal this season.

Despite Manchester City’s recent goalless draw against Arsenal, Haaland_ is confident that the club can still pull some strings with their remaining matches in the ongoing campaign.

Sportxparte reports that the match, held at the Etihad Stadium, resulted in both Manchester City and’ Arsenal conceding an advantage to Liverpool in the title race.

Currently, Liverpool sits at the top of the table, leading Arsenal by’ two points and’ City by’ three points, following their impressive comeback victory against Brighton at Anfield. Liverpool must have been pleased to witness their two closest rivals neutralizing each other’s progress.

Nevertheless, Haaland_ took to his Instagram page after the Arsenal game to express his unwavering belief that Manchester City can replicate their previous season’s success and emerge as champions once again.

“We’ve done it once, we can do it again,” Haaland_ noted on his social media page after Sunday’s stalemate.

The Norwegian striker is widely regarded as the top striker in the Premier League and’ possibly globally.

He has managed to score 29 goals and’ provide six assists in 35 matches, showcasing an outstanding performance.

Nonetheless, in the match against William Saliba and’ Gabriel Magalhaes last Sunday, Haaland_ faced difficulties and’ failed to register any shots on target.
