Ferran Torres and Joao Felix gave a resounding victory for Barcelona against Real Betis in their La Liga clash on Sunday, January 21.

Sporxparte reports that Torres delivered an outstanding performance, scoring a hat-trick to propel Barcelona to an exhilarating 4-2 triumph over Real Betis yesterday.

This victory keeps the reigning champions firmly in the title race.

Torres’ two goals initially gave Barca the lead, but they allowed Real Betis to level the score with Isco, the former Real Madrid playmaker, netting a brace of his own.

However, in the 90th minute, Joao Felix displayed his finesse by finishing skillfully, and Torres sealed the victory for the Catalans with another goal.

Currently, Barcelona trails league leaders Madrid by seven points, as Los Blancos narrowly secured a 3-2 win against Almeria, who are at the bottom of the table.

Having reached a century of appearances for Barcelona since his transfer from Manchester City two years ago, Torres proved to be decisive and expressed that he had diligently worked for this moment.

“It’s the fruit of hard work, discipline, consistency, of believing in yourself,” Torres reportedly told Movistar earlier.

“I’m going to enjoy it, and today is my 100th Barca game so I can’t ask for more.”
