Liberia has seen the most significant improvement, rising 10 spots to a new peak at 142nd.

Liberia has also earned the most points, accumulating 37.47.

Equatorial Guinea has suffered the most significant setback, dropping 10 spots and losing 47.53 points, indicating a sharp decline in their standing.
