Chelsea And Liverpool Join Man Utd In Race for €90M Juventus Midfielder

‎Chelsea and Liverpool have both expressed interest in Juventus midfielder, Kenan Yildiz, who is also a key target for Manchester United this summer.

‎With United looking to rebuild their struggling squad this summer, Yildiz has often been mentioned as a possible target.

‎The 19-year-old has become an integral part of a Juventus squad that is facing domestic challenges, which may compel the club to sell at least one-star player to generate funds.

Full-back Andrea Cambiaso, targeted by both Liverpool and Manchester City, has also been mentioned as a possibility.

‎However, there is increasing interest in Yildiz, who is considered one of the most valuable players in the Juventus squad.

‎Reports indicate that Juventus is looking for around €90 million (£75 million) to agree to a sale.

‎La Gazzetta dello Sport state that agent Jorge Mendes is looking at potential landing spots for Yildiz and, alongside United’s interest, has now informed Juventus that both Chelsea and Liverpool are keen on the Turkiye international.

‎Importantly, Yildiz is in no rush to leave Juventus, and the Serie A side is also reluctant to agree to a sale, but significant offers could force their hand this summer as they find themselves needing to raise funds.

Juventus faces the risk of not qualifying for next season’s Champions League, which would lead to a notable decrease in revenue.

‎Additionally, a squad that has not lived up to expectations this season will likely require investment.

‎Dusan Vlahovic, Federico Gatti, and Samuel Mbangula are all potential candidates for departure, but none would generate the same financial return as Yildiz. The midfielder has made a significant impact this season, contributing six goals and four assists across all competitions.

‎United are ready to spend big to bolster their forward line and have also been credited with an interest in RB Leipzig’s Xavi Simons, who would command a similar transfer fee to Yildiz.
