Myles Lewis-Skelly, an Arsenal youngster, and Chelsea’s new signing Estevao Willian are among the nominees for the 2025 Kopa Trophy.

‎Lewis-Skelly had a standout season, initially playing with the Under-21s before earning a spot as Arsenal’s first-choice left-back.

‎He played key roles in high-profile Champions League matches against Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.

‎Meanwhile, Estevao is an emerging talent from Brazil and is set for an opportunity to showcase his talents on the European stage having completed his move to Chelsea earlier in the summer.

‎Dean Huijsen, newly signed by Real Madrid, is among the ten players shortlisted for the France Football award for the best under-21 footballer in the world.

Barcelona wonderkid, Lamine Yamal is expected to win the prize for the second year in a row, following his outstanding season. He played a key role in Barcelona’s La Liga and Copa del Rey double-winning campaign.

‎Yamal’s teammate for club and country, Pau Cubarsi, is also vying for this year’s Kopa Trophy, along with Paris Saint-Germain duo Joao Neves and Desire Doue, Juventus forward Kenan Yildiz, Porto’s Rodrigo Mora, and Ayyoub Bouaddi of Lille.

‎Elsewhere, Arsenal and Lionesses striker Michelle Agyemang is among the nominees for the 2025 Women’s Kopa Trophy.

‎Alisson Becker has been nominated once again for the Yashin Trophy as the best goalkeeper.
