Transfer: Alisha Lehmann Joins Juventus As Chelsea Sign New Player
On Saturday, Juventus revealed that they had acquired winger Alisha Lehmann from Aston Villa‘s Women’s team.
The Switzerland national player signed a deal with Juventus, committing to stay with the Italian team until June 30, 2027.
Lehmann achieved her lifelong goal of playing alongside Douglas Luiz at Juventus following a successful transfer from Aston Villa with her partner.
“For Douglas and me to be together in the same club is a dream.
“I have spent my entire career in England and have learnt a lot over these years. I arrived there as a little girl, now I am more mature,” Lehmann told Juventus’ website.
Chelsea Signs Baltimore
At the same time, in a different update, Chelsea announced that forward Sandy Baltimore has moved to their Women’s team, coming from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
On their website on Saturday, Chelsea revealed that the 24-year-old player has agreed to a four-year deal with the team.
Speaking after joining Chelsea, Baltimore told the club’s website: “I’m very happy to join Chelsea. It feels incredible. I have always wanted to play for Chelsea, and now look, it has happened!”
