Transfer: Nottingham Forest Sets To Sell Emmanuel Dennis
Nottingham Forest is ready to sell their forward, Emmanuel Dennis, this coming summer, reports revealed.
Sportxparte reports that Emmanuel Dennis transferred to the City Ground from Watford in 2022, but found it challenging to make a mark at the team.
The athlete, who previously played for Club Brugge, only managed to play in nine matches throughout the whole season.
He was away for the first part of the previous season with Turkish side Istanbul Basaksehir on loan.
After returning, Dennis continued to play for Watford on loan until the end of the season.
Football Insider reports that Emmanuel Dennis is among the four forwards Forest is looking to part ways with this summer.
However, the player still has two years left on his deal with Nottingham Forest.
Nottingham Forest struggles In The Premier League
Nottingham Forest have been struggling in the Premier League since their return.
The West Bridgford club suffers a series of challenges from lower mid-table to lack of firepower.
While not in the relegation zone, Forest ended the 2023/2024 Premier League campaign in the 16th place, precariously close to the drop.
Their struggles are particularly pronounced away from home. Stats show they have the worst away record in the league over the past two seasons.
Conceding goals has been a problem. Their signings have not been able to rescue the team from more woes.
Despite creating chances, converting them has been an issue for Nottingham Forrest.
With Nuno Espírito Santo as their new manager, the club is hopefully for a better run in the coming campaign.
