Wrexham Makes Bold Approach For Christian Eriksen In Ambitious Transfer Plan

‎Wrexham has made an ambitious attempt to acquire former Manchester United midfielder Christian Eriksen.

‎Having recently been promoted to the Championship, Wrexham has also strengthened its squad this summer by signing two new midfielders, with the most recent addition being Lewis O’Brien.

‎However, manager Phil Parkinson and his team feel it is not enough for England’s second division, which can be ruthless for promoted sides.

‎Martin Schoots, Eriksen’s agent, told Mail Sport that the move to Wrexham is an exciting opportunity. He indicated that this could be one of the most high-profile transfers of the transfer window.

‎“But Christian still wants to play in a first-tier competition and he absolutely wants to stay in Western Europe. Some contacts are going on but it has to suit both sides.”

‎At his peak, the 33-year-old was regarded as one of the best midfielders in the world. Hollywood owners Reynolds and McElhenney believe he would bring quality to the team and generate a lot of attention.

‎However, clubs from Saudi Arabia, the United States, Turkey, and Brazil are also interested in signing him.

‎As a result, he is in a competitive race with several clubs vying for his signature.
