‎Rumors suggest Raheem Sterling was home with his family when a burglary occurred.

‎It is reported that the incident happened last Saturday at the Chelsea forward’s residence, with masked intruders attempting to break in.

‎Sterling and his family were unharmed, marking the second time his home has been targeted.

‎A spokesperson for Sterling said, “We can confirm that Raheem Sterling was the victim of a home break-in this weekend. We can also confirm that he and his children were present at home at the time.

‎”Whilst the ultimate violation of privacy and safety, we are thankful to be able to confirm that he and his loved ones are all safe. We ask that the privacy of Raheem and his loved ones be respected at this challenging time.”

‎Chelsea is aware of the incident and is supporting Sterling, while Thames Valley police has confirmed that it has launched an investigation into the break-in.

‎A spokesperson for the force said, “Officers are conducting a thorough investigation and ask anyone with information, or if they saw anyone in the area acting suspiciously, to contact police.”

‎Sterling lives with his partner, Paige Milian, and their children. The former Manchester City winger previously left England’s World Cup base in Qatar in 2022 after a burglary at his home.

‎He returned to the UK to support his family before heading back to Qatar in time for England’s quarter-final defeat by France.

‎Now 30, with a contract worth more than £300,000 per week that runs for almost two more years, he has not appeared in Chelsea’s first-team squads this season.

‎He joined Chelsea from City in 2022 but has not met the club’s expectations. Sterling struggled on loan at Arsenal last season and his future at Chelsea appears uncertain.

‎He has not played for England since December 2022.
