‎Paris Saint-Germain have surged to the top of the 2025 goalscoring charts, overtaking Barcelona as Europe’s most prolific side.

‎Their dominant 4-0 win over Atlético Madrid in the Club World Cup took their tally to 105 goals. PSG are now averaging just under three goals per game this calendar year.

‎Having ended their Champions League campaign by putting five past Inter, Luis Enrique’s side picked up exactly where they left off, opening their Club World Cup with another ruthless display.

‎Far from being slowed down by the brief break, PSG appear to have fine-tuned their attacking juggernaut now statistically the most potent in Europe.

‎Despite the gap, both teams share an identical scoring average of 2.9 goals per game, with Barcelona having played one match fewer.

‎Real Madrid trail in third with 79 goals, while Bayern Munich follow closely with 76, boosted by their 10-0 rout of Auckland City.
