Cristiano Ronaldo, 41, is set to return for Jorge Jesus and Al Nassr after missing recent games against Al Riyadh and Al Ittihad.

Reports from NOW reveal that Ronaldo and Al Nassr’s management engaged in high-level discussions with the Saudi Public Investment Fund.

These talks highlight the club’s continued backing from the PIF, which has been investing heavily in Saudi football’s top teams.

‎During this meeting, according to the same source, the PIF settled all outstanding salaries at Al Nassr and transferred the necessary funds to cover the club’s expenses until the end of the season.

‎Jose Semedo’s authority at the club has been restored, resolving most of the issues that led Cristiano Ronaldo to refuse to play for Al Nassr.

The only remaining concern involves the club’s winter transfer activity, especially compared to league leaders Al Hilal.

‎With tensions eased, Ronaldo is back in contention and is expected to start against Al Fateh on Saturday in the 22nd round.

Al Nassr’s next fixture is against Arkadag from Turkmenistan in the Round of 16 of the AFC Champions League 2, on Thursday.

‎However, as in previous matches in this competition, the Portuguese captain will be physically protected.
