Youssoufa Moukoko Agrees To Join Olympique Marseille From Borussia Dortmund

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Borussia Dortmund striker, Youssoufa Moukoko has agreed to join Olympique Marseille.

Since making his breakthrough into the first at the Westfalenstadion, Moukoko has struggled to secure a regular spot at Dortmund.

This has prompted discussions around the possibility of the talented youngster pursuing his career development outside of Dortmund.

However, in recent weeks, these suggestions have appeared to become more of a reality, with the striker’s agent attempting to force a move away from the club.

It has been reported that Marseille is eager to provide Moukoko with the opportunity to showcase his abilities regularly. The Ligue 1 club has reached an agreement on personal with the 19-year-old for a one-loan deal.

Negotiations are currently in progress between Marseille and a Bundesliga club regarding a potential that would allow Moukoko to play at the Stade Vélodrome next season. The talks are focused on a possible loan that would include an option to purchase.

As well as this, the French club is hopeful of securing a purchase option in the deal that could be triggered at the end of the season.
