Manchester City’s star midfielder, Kevin De Bruyne, has sustained a fresh injury, ruling him out of upcoming international fixtures for Belgium.

The 32-year-old, who recently returned from a five-month absence due to hamstring surgery, has been in fine form for both club and country. However, a minor groin injury has forced him to withdraw from the Belgium squad for friendlies against England and the Republic of Ireland.
