Stanley Nwabali, the goalkeeper for Nigeria national team, has been given the green light to participate in the upcoming match between the Super Eagles and Angola on Friday.

Nigeria faces Angola this Friday in the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) quarter-final fixture.

Initially, there were concerns regarding Nwabali’s availability for the game due to a minor ligament injury he suffered during the Super Eagles’ Round of 16 victory over Cameroon last week.

However, the news has emerged that Nwabali, the Chippa United shot-stopper, has made a complete recovery from the injury.

SportXparte learnt that the player trained with his teammates at the Police College, Cocody, Abidjan on Wednesday night.
