Berbatov Predicts Arsenal vs Newcastle, Man Utd, Man City Premier League Fixtures

Dimitar Berbatov, a former forward for Manchester United, has made some predictions for the upcoming Premier League matches this weekend.

Sportxparte reports that aside from the Premier League hot clashes this weekend, Chelsea and Liverpool will be against each other in the Carabao Cup final on Sunday.

In the Premier League, however, Arsenal will be hosting Newcastle in hopes of recovering from their recent Champions League loss to Porto, and Manchester United will face Fulham.

Speaking ahead of the matches, Berbatov said: “Man United vs Fulham – United need to catch Spurs and Villa, and you know what, they’re not far off. So this is a massive game for United, and it’s one they need to win. Prediction 2-0.

“Bournemouth vs Man City – City need the points otherwise Arsenal will overtake them. I’ll go for a City win. Prediction 0-1.

“Arsenal vs Newcastle – Newcastle will want to get back to winning ways, and this would be a great way to do it, but I think the home team will have too much for them. So, I’ll go with Arsenal to win. Prediction 2-1,” Berbatov told Betfair.
