Lamine Yamal’s Goal Secures Barcelona 1-0 Victory Over Real Mallorca
Barcelona clinched a crucial 1-0 win over Real Mallorca at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, courtesy of a stunning strike from the youngster Lamine Yamal.
The victory propelled Barcelona up to second place in La Liga & also extended their unbeaten streak to eight games across all competitions.
With Xavi suspended and_ his brother & assistant Oscar Hernández taking charge, Barcelona started the match with confidence, displaying early attacking intensity through players like Raphinha & Jules Koundé.
Despite struggling to capitalize on their early momentum, Barça was awarded a penalty after Raphinha was fouled in the box. However, İlkay Gündoğan’s spot-kick was saved by’ Predrag Rajković, making it goalless in the first half.

After the break, Barcelona attacked with purpose, coming close to scoring through Yamal’s thunderous strike that hit the crossbar. The introduction of Vitor Roque & Robert Lewandowski injected fresh energy into Barcelona’s attack, but it was Yamal who won the match with a beautiful shot to break the deadlock.
